They are a complete waste of money. Can anti snore pillows really help you stop snoring, or improve your sleep apnea?
Look, there is no scientific evidence that especially manufactured pillows can help when it comes to sleep problems such as snoring, and there are some very good reasons for that.

Can a so called anti snore pillow make you snore? The simple answer is, yes it can.
First of all, ask yourself what is the difference between a normal pillow and an anti snore pillow? They are both pillows when all is said and done. Manufacturers claim their pillows can help you to stop snoring by supporting your head in the right position when you sleep.
This simply is not true, as when you sleep you naturally move around. You may sleep on your left hand side for two hours, and then turn over to sleep on your other side for an hour. Your head will not be in the same position, and if you do sleep on your side, you are much more likely to sleep with your hand supporting your head, not directly resting on the pillow.
Most pillows which we use in our beds do not support the airway which is part of the snoring problem. It would be better to take a look at other ways to solve your snoring problem.

If we are lucky, we might wash our bedding once a year, but many of us don't wash it all. What about Anti-Snoring Exercises? Do They Work?
I’ve attempted only one anti-snore exercise. It didn’t work out. The snore relief mouthpiece seems to be the best solution for me, but who knows, the following exercise might work in your favor…
Open Wide Your Mouth and Say Ahhh
Snoring commonly occurs when the tongue and the soft pallet relax on the mouths roof which leads to the pallet and tongue push against each other, hence distracting the normal air flow during sleep.
Push your tongue out keeping it straight and flat the furthest you can. Gently move the tongue from left to right up and down ensuring that you are not curling it. Take a short break after moving your tongue to all directions then go back to the exercise for not less than three times.
If it doesn’t work, then go ahead and give the stop snoring mouthpiece a shot.
